A Digital Manager who is able to lead, define the future road map of digital and build digital capability and expertise.  The candidate needs to have a good understanding of the digital landscape and has demonstrated success in spearheading digital as a key business driver.

 

Define and implement digital vision and strategy by:

  • Optimization of all digital investments (media, online and offline, and PR)
  • CRM strategy in line with Group’s and central Digital/CRM guidelines
  • Define and develop the E-Commerce strategy and platform
  • Lead and define the vision/future roadmap of digital for the division across key areas – optimization of digital investment (media and PR), CRM strategy, and E-Commerce.
  • Be the consultant and provide digital expertise inputs to the planning and execution of digital marketing activities for the brands within the division from content planning on website, online advertising, social media, SEM, mobile, PR, CRM, e-commerce and other digital communication platforms
  • Be up to date about latest digital trends and local digital insights and ensuring this is implemented across the different digital touch points. Knows where to find the right digital target audience and provide strategic recommendation on digital planning
  • Co-ordinate with Division International Marketing, Zone and local brand teams to ensure communications are aligned and project runs smoothly
  • Manages reporting and tracking of digital campaigns reach, efficiency and effectiveness with the appointed agencies
  • Able to benchmark and follow up on competitor’s digital activities and demonstrate strategic thinking and analysis based on findings
  • Explore new digital opportunities; online advertising, eCRM, eCommerce, Google products, Weibo, Wechat, bloggers, youtube, flash, HTML, windows 7, mobile, etc.
  • Co-ordinate with local teams and manage agency to update the digital properties and assets consistently for specific marketing campaign
  • Implement best in class digital case studies
