We have a suitable opportunity in the function of Marketing for the position of Senior Manager – Marketing (L'Oreal Professionnel Haircolor). In this team leader role, you will get to define the strategic orinetation of the hair color category ,build the brand through new launches and pillar products and drive the overall market leadership of L'Oreal Professionnel in India.

You should have minimum 10-12 years of relevant work experience in operational marketing and exposure to digital marketing. The location of the job will be in Mumbai and prior experience in beauty will be advantegous.


Key Deliverables

  • You will define the strategic orientation and the annual marketing plan for the category, propose and monitor marketing mix strategies,  monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products renewal and animation of core catalogue)
  • You will steer the hair color and texture strategy consistent with the overall brand positioning
  • You will orchestrate the launches and push growth of pillar products towards continued growth and animate core catalogue of the brand
  • You will analyse data and market insights and follow trends to create animations to drive business
  • You will collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies/ production houses to build broader campaigns
  • You will make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for sales forecast accuracy
  • You will lead the roll-out of strong PR and Media Campaigns
  • You will roll-out in-market execution of collections - Design & development of disruptive Point of Sale elements
  • You will colleaborate with the education team to build and promote new techniques through animations
