Job Description:
  1. To create, write and post content to the various social media platforms of NYX Professional Makeup and to establish, maintain and reinforce connection with KOLs, influencers and media of makeup community in order to build and develop our brand awareness, image, visibility and engagement.

    • Strategy

  • Build community strategies and tactics to achieve goals of engagement, creation and/or consumption of consumer generated content depending on audience types

  • Stay current on emerging collaboration best practices, tools, technologies, and trends

  • Provide insights and solutions to grow the community, social media followers and engagement

    • Community Management and Social Media Involvement

  • Monitor, manage, and curate online conversations, including answering questions and helping to foster connections behind the scenes

  • Build strong connections and long-term relationships with identified influencers and KOLs

  • Encourage influencer participation and engagement throughout to foster community engagement

  • Manage and moderate content, report on community activities, communicate insights

  • Configure the platform and features to support business needs and community goals

    • Communications

  • Coordinate implementation of marketing campaigns using the community as the primary communication platform

  • Work with a cross-functional team to foster development of compelling content that is clear, concise, and easy to understand

  • Initiate relationships and integrate with relevant communication channels including media, social media, search engines, websites, email marketing and offline

  • Actively communicate with DMI, Zone and other countries to share learnings, best practices and new news

    • Engagement and Support

  • Keep up-to-date on platform/software updates and versions

  • Moderate consumer generated content

  • Liaise with the IT, digital, internal teams and subject matter experts to identify and resolve consumer concerns

  • Support influencers in content curation and creation of community content

    • Analytics

    • Maintain community analytics dashboards

    • Dig into data, analyze that data, and draw actionable insights for improvement, efficiency and optimization

    • Provide recommendations on new social collaboration tools and best practices, and monitor how other organizations and companies are using them

    • Planning and budgeting

  • Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for programs and activities of communications, social media and community engagement and monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance

     

Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in an in-house communications role in a company, in a PR/Digital PR/Communication agency and/or in press

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to effectively communicate with difference audience

    • Skill of copywriting, design, basic photography & videography, positioning and creativity

    • Ability to create and manage social media communities

    • Ability in managing high level relationships with relevant external and internal stakeholders

    • Active listener passionate on sharing and able to understand unrevealed messages

    • Bachelor+ degree in Communications, Business or related field

    • Fundamental knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

    • Languages: native speaker of Mandarin, proficiency in verbal and written English
