As a Social media & Content manager in L’Oréal you will:

Develop brand’s image in line with its DNA & objectives through innovative and meaningful content to nourish the consumer experience on all touchpoints: campaigns, CRM and services or commerce programs.

Provide Innovative and Meaningful content

Develop an important volume and diversity of content and services in line with the global brand strategy and consumer insights to diffuse real time brand stories. Create, develop and manage content for brand’s online presence. Copy – edit and proofread all web content

Manage and plan the need for content

Manage a promotional and editorial calendar. Ensure measurement with identified KPI’s and deliver dashboards and advance reporting. Use keywords research, website data, and business priorities and industry topics to formulate a content plan, in partnership with campaign owners. Select and manage the proper creative external agencies and technical partners. Ensure online-based information is archiving for future needs and reference.

Define and Enhance the Brands Social Presence

In collaboration with Marketing, assist with the creation and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns based on customer soca media analytical data. Keep up to date on social media trends and best practices educating internal and external stakeholders. Works closely with Communication Manager for Influencers Marketing Strategies.

Interact with Consumers

Interact with consumers in social media channels using social media management software and related tools, including forums. Spokesperson of the brand in groups, Forums, and social media: news, advice, sales assistance, etc. Participate in the development of real time marketing content based on monitoring social media, flagging opportunities and formulating plans with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide internal stakeholders with detailed feedbacks.

Produce social media listening and engagement reports for internal and external teams to suel insight development. Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, operational reports that lead to optimization and efficiency in performance. Analyze and report on social community trending (pre and post) promotional launches to key internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.


  • Relationship driven profile with ability to influence, drive change and impact.
  • 3-4 years of Social Media experience and community management
  • Proven work as a content manager and strategist.
  • Expert in social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Excellent knowledge on Social Media Analytics.
  • Familiar with social listening platforms.
  • Established sense of duty and ownership.
  • Ability to translate business indicators into solid digital strategies.
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Copywriting skills
  • Relevant Business studies will be considered an asset.
  • Expertise in content development, digital advertising and media planning.
  • Consumer centricity and hands-on attitude: Understanding of market, customer and brands
  • Winning spirit and entrepreneuring attitude, excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, agility, resilience and personal drive.
