|-In charge of CRM (membership) program execution of two brands|
-Develop membership incentive program, personalized communication plan, cross selling and up selling scheme.
-Manage and improve brand site + membership site performance
-Recruit brand users to join membership program. Interlock with channel sales, product marketing team and other counterparts to build membership program awareness.
-Plan and execute CRM marketing campaign to drive retention customer revenue.
-Co-work and manage external CRM agency.
Extended Job Scope
1. Support group initiatives of digital transformation to drive EC performance, precision ad tracking, content marketing, influencer marketing, social listening
2. Learn cutting edge marketing technology. Think out of box and propose innovative digital method to improve current way of marketing. (e.g social commerce, Line marketing)
|1. 3 yrs working experience in CRM, digital marketing, or E-commerce marketing.|
