We are looking for a


City Leader - Flanders - Fulltime



Role purpose:

To actively lead and develop first class store management teams in your cluster in order to exceed the regional budgeted profit target and drive overall business.  Your cluster of stores can be anything up to 5 stores and can be changed as and when the requirements of the business are needed. This should be achieved through high engagement, strong customer service and brand loyalty, succession, coaching, training and development of the team, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.




Strong Store Manager experience with a proven track record of leading, coaching and managing teams . Customer centric and values-based working environments.



  • Must be geographically mobile and willing/able to travel within the store cluster.

  • Will be required to attend national and regional meetings through the year, so some overnight stays are required.

  • Must ensure that full holiday coverage is undertaken for the District Sales Manager.

  • Must be fluent English speaker.

  • Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
