Purpose of role:


Drive ecommerce growth and digital reach in Latin America with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, and oversight in Chile. Lead all digital activities for the brand in Brazil and Mexico ensuring that those channels (CRM, ecommerce, digital marketing, and social media) are maximised. Profitably drive sales revenue, increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention through innovative and strategic digital marketing initiatives.

 

Key Job Accountabilities: 

 

  • Define, implement and execute the ecommerce and Omni channel marketing strategy for Brazil & Mexico across digital channels including but not limited to PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Partnerships, Emails and Social Media. Decide on the spend allocation across channels, aligning efforts with overall business plans
  • Define and implement third party ecommerce sites expansion strategy (e.g. Amazon, Belezanaweb)
  • Collaborate with ecommerce, CRM and brand marketing stakeholders across the business - this is a role which is both strategic and hands on
  • Set and achieve ecommerce revenue targets and KPIs for sales, traffic and customers
  • Monitor and optimise performance of each marketing channel, driving opportunities for improvement
  • Mentor and develop your team as well as external agencies as required
  • Work closely with related functions including operations, commercial, brand and merchandising to ensure an aligned approach to ecommerce marketing activity.
  • Provide insight on competitor activity and relevant industry developments ad how this translates to Brazil & Mexico strategy
  • With business stakeholders build forecasts and strategies that drive a customer lifecycle approach which includes acquisition, conversion, growth and retention
  • Analyse and produce clear, regular and accurate reports on all digital marketing, CRM and ecommerce activities, coupled with actionable insights
  • Coordinate with local Brazil & Mexico market to support commercial trading initiatives and drive to store activities


Requirements:


  • In-depth experience in digital marketing role working with the Brazil & Mexico market
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, display CRM, and email marketing
  • Strong numerical and analytical commercial skills
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce benchmarks and best practices
  • Experience of using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Extensive ecommerce, digital marketing and traffic acquisition experience either agency or client side at an international level
  • Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
  • Experience working in a multichannel retail environment
  • Spanish and Portuguese language skills
