L'Oreal is also aware of this fact so we do and develop our best to serve the consumers' need. Active Cosmetics Division has been formed to engage and serve this type of consumers who focus, especially, on health-consciousness. We have launched and developed innovative technology to create new products for our consumers. 

Product Manager plays an important part for new product launching as well as consumer engagement. Without this challenging position, the brand and reputation will not be able to conquer Thai market.

Job Accountability:

  • To contribute to the growth of a brand on Dermo cosmetic market, by driving product launch and pushing growth on pillar franchise product through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence
  • To execute local adaptation of advertising creative material, implement media recommendation
  • To propose and implement promotion and coordinate with trade marketing for developing plan for each product
  • To analyze market and consumer data, then, make recommendation for management
  • To actively engage with other functional partners, such as, sales, logistics and others, in order to support marketing objectives

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female, age 30 - 35 Years Old
  • 5-7 years in brand management experience from FMCG or related environment 
  • Good communication in Thai and English for business conduct level
  • Self-disciplined but not limit in creativity supported by data analysis
  • Adaptable with fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively; consumers focus with result oriented
  • Well organized with strong presentation skill (good data interpretation)
  • Strategic thinking
