As Business Development Manager you will be reporting to Division General Manager and you will have the opportunity to learn more than you have in the past. What we expect; 

4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English

10-12 years’ experience in trade marketing, category management & marketing fields (also experience or strong expertise in sales will be an asset)

Team management experience will be needed  (leads a team of 13 including 4 managers with direct reports)

Excellent communication and conflict management skills

Knowledge in merchandising management

Beauty sense with knowledge in make-up business

Substantial analytical skills

Under the Division GM responsibility, you will be responsible for building the Division Health and Beauty category vision, strategy and action plan, based on thorough analysis of shopper, consumer and market data.

You will have a key role to gain category captainship through trustful relations with retailers and adapted business driver improvement plan and also ensure the consistency of the category plans across the Division brands providing fact based arbitrages between brands when needed.

You will lead and follow up the rolling out of category projects and marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs, respecting and tracking budget and commercial targets. You will mainly support to increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category penetration.

You will also help improving shopper insight competencies within the multifunctional team, playing a central role in a customer and shopper centric Account Plan Building.
