What we expect;
4 years’ university degree
3-5 years of experiences in sales and trade marketing
You should have excellent communication skills in English and B class driving licence
You will lead 4P implementation according to shopper needs and field communication and support Category Manager via analyzing customer / SKU based data for category management projects and makes proposals for category growth at customer
You should ensure annual budget plan is implemented, updates phasing, tracks budget realization monthly and shape the investment phasing within the monthly budget
You will be able to take initiative to lead promo planning and copack process to optimize category profitability & volume and develop & control instore execution guidance for all channels
You will manage merchandising models based on shopper & customer needs in alignment with sales & marketing and make analysis to define the distribution opportunities and support category management with data supply
You need to have;

You need to have strong analytical problem solving skills to analyze market data, finds out opportunities and creates concrete actions plans with sales team and prepares channel& format specific actions plans
