We are looking for a Consumer Insight Director who will directly report to the Country General Manager. The Consumer Insight Director will design and implement L’Oréal Turkey CMI strategy to contribute to the growth of the country business by reaching the best of beauty market, consumer and performance understanding. Your previous team management experience will help you to develop and lead strong and talented team.

4 years’ university degree
At least 12 years in market research (at a manufacturer and/or market research agency), food / beauty industries. Mastering insights is a must-have.
On top, the candidate needs to be master market data topic and to be digital savvy
Open minded, can effectively collaborate with internal and external expert communities
Good communications skills (clear communication and power to convince) to build and spread consumer centric culture
Curious, enthusiastic, rigorous
Fluent in English
