What we expect;
Min 4 years of experience in related job assignment and excellent communication skills in English
Advanced level of MS Office Applications
You need to have good organizational skills due to organize operations, Legal and Finance Director’s calendar and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, yearly internal/external meetings
You will manage daily incoming and outgoing calls and organize business travels for division employees
You will responsible SAP knowledge is a plus in order to purchase orders, monitors budget and expenditure
You need to have;
You need to have strong communication skills and negotiation skills because you will cooperate with highly passionate and innovative teams,
You need to take initiative and work effectively for coordinating all office related tasks and gathers, communicates, and dispatches information throughout the team.
