What we expect; 

4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English
Minimum 4 years of marketing, brand development and/or trade marketing experience

With strong analytical problem solving skills, you will be having high awareness of industry insights and beauty trends.

You will be managing all the industry-related events, shows and fashion weeks of L’Oréal Professionnel brand. You will be responsible for leading education activities, lobby-making with industry partners, managing school projects and education organizations. 

 

L’Oréal Professionnel Organization and Artistic Executive will focus on creating and executing projects to enhance the brand’s standpoint of being fashion pioneer, hair artistry consultancy and professional spirit. Regarding new business development activities, will be responsible for implementing new and innovative activities and projects and brand growth strategies and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging client brand experiences.

 

You will also;

Lead the digitalization of our education consultancy and ways of working.

Contribute to the growth of the brand via B2B inspiration, new projects and sectoral creativity.

Create locally initiated projects to transform education as the main growth driver of the brand.

Manage the collection and analysis of clients and consumers and industry insights for the category, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of education development based on local needs.

Search, understand and grasp global & local trends and create local educational execution

With your strong analytical thinking, you will be able to focus education field KPI follow-up, client-centric education joint business planning and execution.
