  • Advanced level of MS Office Applications

  • Excellent communication skills in English
To contribute to the growth of a brand on his / her market, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence for a specific product(s)
  • Implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and ensure the proper implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.)
  • Manage e-commerce; track and measure web-site and business performance to increase programs of ROI
  • Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences
  • Be responsible for the local adaptation and development of advertising creative material; implement media recommendation
  • Interact effectively with other departments (sales, finance, logistics, etc ) to support marketing objectives
  • Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management on the category based on own expertise of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
  • Manage PPP budget for product(s) and ensure sales forecast accuracy
  • Monitor each store’s quality and merchandising; plan and execute planogram changes in line with launch calendar
