What we expect; 
4 years’ university degree

3+ years of professional experience in related field, and knowledge of E-Commerce merchandising, marketing and sales principles

Experience in E-Commerce platforms, content management, website look and feel optimization, A/B Testing, page level development using HTML, CSS and content management system (CMS)

Market awareness of external retail trends

SEO and performance optimization orientation

Excellent communication skills in English

You will mainly be responsible for implementing product& content strategy and assortment on partners’ websites to maximize sales and profitability of a given area. You will review the implementation of the annual E-Commerce customer strategy; cooperate with internal brands & category management teams and external content & platform teams within online partners.

You will evaluate and report the effectiveness of monthly and annual customer plans with E-Commerce Team, ensure execution of seasonal financial plans and merchandise strategies. You will also be expected to participate in defining and refining the online shopping experience, including site architecture, browsing and buying features, product views and details, product descriptions and other key E-commerce elements. Collaborating on online merchandising efforts, such as product categorization, filtering, and sequencing, cross sells, up sells, outfit configuration and featured products, you will leading the partners’ e-commerce deployments and UAT processes. You will be supporting business development team to track and improve the performance & the KPIs post/pre-launch of Websites.
