What we expect;

4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English

3 to 5 years of experience in digital communications and content marketing

For social media accounts management process, you will support to build continuous content strategy, lead the agency, plan & secure timely content creation and sharing.

In accordance with the social media management and digital buzz analysis, you will be closely tracking the performance. Continuous social listening for brand, competitors and rising trends will be expected. You will be also sharing performance results & action points.

For YouTube Channel management you will secure content sharing, plan and lead the revision and approval process. Accordingly, you will coordinate with the agency for thumbnails selection and create texts, titles and descriptions optimized for SEO. 

Influencer management part is also important. Starting with build a squad and maximize their own content generation to serve brand plans. You will plan continuous product seeding & collaborations to maximize buzz.

You will work on Maybelline Global Instagram Maximization by planning takeovers for the right occasions. Also sharing the suitable high performed local contents (both Makyaj Şehirde or influencer based contents) with global IG team to increase visibility.
