JOB TITLE: Sales Systems Support Specialist
REPORTS TO: Manager, Sales Systems Support
LOCATION: St Petersburg, FL (NOC)
The Sales Systems Support Specialist serves as a valued member of the Sales Support team providing day-to-day support for sales technology including Salesforce.com, MOSAIC Order Entry and SalonCentric Digital Sales Aid (DSA) to 900+ users in the field. This role conducts training in person and via webinar, and responds to technical issues and challenges incoming via Salesforce Chatter, phone and e-mail. The Specialist is also assigned special projects related to Sales Support objectives, such as territory and user maintenance and new feature testing. Travels occasionally to provide training and support, including some overnight and weekends.
