Our newly established E-Commerce function provides a centre of excellence for e-commerce across the L’Oreal Group. Leading key strategic e-commerce initiatives to drive our growth, the function works in collaboration with our four division’s to deliver the Group’s strategic priorities. Our E-Commerce team have an important responsibility to drive the growth of our brands in across L’Oréal owned E-Commerce platforms and in collaboration with E-Retailers and Pure Players.
About the role
Joining this newly created function, we are seeking an E-Key Account Manager who will drive strategic relationships with key online retailers. Working closely with e-retailers and pure players you will be entrepreneurial in approach and bring an ambition, which can be delivered while being able to balance the commercial and strategic priorities of a key accounts. With ownership for developing account strategies, you will embody the brands you represent by developing long-term relationships with key decision makers. In addition you will:
• Develop credible relationships across accounts, delivering integrated strategies to help shape their growth plans, becoming the supplier of choice.
• Build commercial plans for the e-retail and pure player’s accounts from conceptualisation to execution including working cross functionally to develop strategies and execute digital campaigns that will drive traffic to the retailer website.
• Provide analytical and financial data to support strategic decisions such as sell in and promotional activities.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements with e-retailers and pure players for product launches and promotions.
• Work with external stakeholders to develop accurate stock and sell out forecasts.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong commercial account management experience within a FMCG environment. A natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set you will be able to influence those around you to drive account growth. Possessing gravitas and strong communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work in partnership with your key account to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Your commercial approach and digital savvy will set you apart as will your conviction and resilience.
