Key Job Accountabilities

To implement the communication strategy defined by the Country Brand Communication Director to develop the brand image, its visibility and reinforce locally its reputation over time.

- Contribute to building and implementing a 360° external communication strategy in consistency with the international brand communication strategy:

- Contribute to thinking on the communication plan

- Implement integrated communication campaigns on major product launches, events….

- Define, put in place and manage communication projects/operations

- Manage media relations, including new media relations

- Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant media role players including new media and social networks….

- Be the internal « operational » media interlocutor

- Evaluate media operations quantitatively and qualitatively and make recommendations

- Contribute to managing Public Relations: local spokesperson, ambassadors…

- Contribute to Managing internal communication for the Brand - Promote brand launches and events internally

 

Define and guide the country brand strategy consistent with the international brand positioning and the country’s priorities to contribute to continued growth of the brand and the consumer relationship.

- Define the strategic directions and the 3-year marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)

- Meet the business goal aligned with brand strategy by leading key product launches and efficient monthly animations

- Orchestrate cross-function work both within marketing team and other stakeholders(Retail and training team)to make the best of the result with tight cooperation.
- Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs
- Take ownership of international launches and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences locally. Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines
- Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&L, etc.)
- Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)
- Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy
- Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings
- Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how

  Qualifications
  • Education : University graduate

  • Years of working experience: Minimum 5~7 year experience in a PR field (과장)Cosmetic experience is preferred

  • Experience : Cosmetic or Consumer industry – PR Experience

  • Language : Fluent in English (E-Mail Communication)

  • Other skills : Strong MS Office skills ( Excel, Word, PPT)
