·       Act as a subject expert in the Salesforce team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencies

·       Work actively with System Integrators and other third parties on development and documentation of Salesforce design for B2B Solutions

·       Performs proof-of-concepts and develop prototypes to make informed Salesforce architectural decisions

·       Take a lead in analyzing and recommending Salesforce services required to support B2B Sales solutions and broader business needs

·       Understand all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications

·       Collaborate in a Zone Level to streamline solutions across L’Oréal Americas Zone

·       Ensure that Governance aspects for current and future solutions in Salesforce are followed, as well the architectural guidelines, working collaboratively with the team

·       Take the role of Salesforce Technical lead in multi-disciplinary projects.

·       Monitor the test phases of the developments in compliance with the defined scenarios.

·       Investigate system failures and identify solutions to prevent or minimize impacts

·       Coordinate the (external) development teams

·       Ensure the corrective, evolutionary and technical maintenance of the applications

·       Perform, when necessary, ongoing system administration duties such as providing access, permissions, settings, etc

·       Ensure the Salesforce team remains up to date on best practices in the CRM field, including tools, resources, techniques, and applications—and any required training for the same

·       Work with little direction and determines objectives

·       Collaborate in small teams to creatively solve complex and multi-dimensioned problems

·       Ability to develop technical as well as process based solutions addressing business needs

·       Propose new CRM strategies for use by the CRM team, based on overall knowledge of trends in the CRM field

·       Engage in cross-functional and internal team projects

·       Perform corrective/scalable maintenance of applications

·       Work with key users to test and implement configuration changes within the application

·       Provide technical guidance acting as a L3 support, when needed, supporting the AMS


·       Bachelor’s Degree required

·       Minimum 5+ years of Apex (or Java) and web technologies experience

·       Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a coder

·       Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer

·       Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as part of the CRM administration team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencies


·       Fluent English (writing/speaking) is mandatory. Other languages skills are a differential (Portuguese, French)

·       Individual must be a self-starter with an interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges

·       Self-educates and takes initiative

·       Has entrepreneurial spirit; identifies new opportunities

·       Works well in a collaborative, transparent environment

·       Is willing to develop and grow their technical skill set focused on the Salesforce.com platform

·       Is willing to collaborate in a multi-country multi-org Salesforce landscape

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       Proven experience with Salescloud

·       Experience, Service and Commerce Cloud knowledge is desirable
