Your mission…  

As the Digital Director for the Professional Products Division, you are the driving force behind the digital acceleration and transformation across the division. You have in-depth knowledge of the entire B2C digital ecosystem, from Media to Search to CRM & Data to Advocacy and Influence, and you understand how all elements fit together to comprise a full digital strategy. You also lead and upskill the full digital tribe, and act as the voice of digital opportunities and needs to stakeholders across the organization locally and globally (the Nordic management committees, Nordic & Global CMO teams, and the European HQ), and work collaboratively to drive the division forward in realizing the digital ambitions.  

  

You will…  

Digital Strategy

  • Define the Digital strategy for the division, in line with international guidelines and taking into account local characteristics and specificities 
  • Strategize the digital transformation and drive the change towards consumer centricity and a data-driven organisation  
  • Bridge between global stakeholders and cascades key strategic initiatives and priorities into the Nordic roadmap  

Media  

  • Expert on the Nordic media landscape and able to oversee and drive the division level strategy, key priorities, and efficient and optimized media spend, in close collaboration with Brand marketing teams

Advocacy & Influence

  • Expert on the creator economy and value creation through strong advocation, and drive this impact with well crafted, strategic and engaging content that fuel conversations

 CRM & Data

  • Oversee the implementation of CRM strategy and data management 

  SEM/SEO/SEARCH 

  • Define SEM and SEO strategy with the division, focusing on priority territories and opportunities to win  

 E-commerce

  • Support E-Commerce growth ambitions, align on core KPIs, data needs and negotiation tactics in collaboration with the E-Commerce Director  

 Digital apps and tools

  • Implement and pilot digital technology and projects  
  • Own platforms excellence (tagging, SEO..) 
  • Once tools implemented, ensure smooth functioning and problem solving  

  Digital Upskilling

  • Owns digital upskilling plan for the division in partnership with the Nordic General Manager & Nordic HR 

  Management

  • Reports to Nordic General Manager of the division 
  • Expert community leader to digital teams in the brands, sharing internal and external best practices: Leads and Animates  
  • Manages a team of experts across Media, Advocacy, CRM & Data, Owned Platforms  

  

Your profile…  

  • +8 years experience in digital marketing, with strong ambition to build digital strategies and organizational needs from the ground up  
  • Able to assess complex structures and needs across the organization to provide valuable insight into how to progress digital within PPD  
  • Proficient in analyzing performance, developing insights to consistently improve performance and building strategic frames  
  • Strong competencies across core focus areas, POE media & advocacy, website optimization and traffic driving initiatives, beauty tech, CRM & data capture  
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, spar with and build relationships across stakeholders across all levels of the organization  
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
