Medical Relations Manager – SkinCeuticals 


The Medical Relations Managers objective is to influence Aesthetic HCP’s by engaging key target physicians (KOL & ROL’s) on scientific insights (i.e. white papers and clinical studies), presenting at medical congress’s, developing KOL’s for symposium sessions and developing HCP brand & product knowledge to develop the scientific reputation of SkinCeuticals to influence and increase the number of HCP stockists.


A DAY IN THE LIFE

As the Medical Relations Manager you will work extensively with cross functional teams and field teams, and be reporting directly to the medical dispensing director 

    Own the Medical Relations Strategy ensuring effective implementation, inline with the brand strategy 

    Develop the aesthetic KOL network of top tier KOL and ROL’s by establishing a pyramid of influence in partnership with the Medical Dispensing & PR team 

    Curate a SkinCeutical Library in partnership with DMI and marketing, containing key brand and science literature dynamic to different physician types (Derm, Surgeon, Aesthetic Doctor etc). identifying and developing missing resources in line with brand strategy and aesthetic market trends 

    Devise and implement a KOL comms calendar of touchpoints throughout the year with call schedule inline with the brand strategy executed through targeted in-clinic visits

    Lead the development of KOL’s on symposium sessions ensuring high levels of brand and product 

    Be the medical brand ambassador at congresses and symposiums by effectively and credibly presenting key studies, NPD and claims to a HCP audience 

    Be the reference to advise and support internal team on aesthetic medicine expertise, science, governance, integration/modalities and projects, upskilling the team to ensure the highest levels of knowledge, compliance and due diligence
