Senior Retail Brand Manager - OAP Hair - CPD
L’Oréal CPD UKI is seeking a dynamic, results driven Senior Retail Brand Manager for L’Oreal Paris, the number one beauty brand in the world.
This is a strategic role within the brand team to lead the business planning and activation of the brick-and-mortar channels.
Reporting to the Brand Business Director, the Senior RBM role works cross functionally between commercial, supply and business development to coordinate and champion the activation of brand strategy across the division.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
Define, lead and implement the marketing mix strategies for B&M: animations/promotions, maintain growth in pillar products, animate core catalogue & successfully launch new products. Manage the monthly forecasting alongside commercial and supply functions.
Aim to achieve brand conso targets through building differentiated shopper-centric account strategies as well as owning the shopper journey and driving success of shopper marketing Lead acceleration meetings with retailers, being the voice of the brand for bricks channels.
Need to develop the strategy and prepare for key meetings through: preparing and attending Trade Days, establishing product hierarchy for brand, achieving growth in Retail, driving an increase in shopper marketing, developing and sharing shopper insight, working closely with the Online Brand Manager to provide a single retail view of category performance and translating activation by Retailers Support in producing market share notes to Zone/DMI (Sell out tracking) Manage the retail marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to various campaigns and initiatives to maximize return on investment
Gatekeeper of Brand Pricing Strategy in collaboration with the BDT and RGM team.
