A Day in the Life

Join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Prague as a Supply Planner! You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth execution of the supply planning process to guarantee product availability while optimizing costs and inventory. You'll work in a fast-paced, international environment where your analytical skills will make a direct impact on our business success.

• Inventory & Stock Management: You will manage stock levels to meet country objectives while managing material data, participate on copacking planning, analyze slow-moving products and potential obsoletes, and implement corrective action plans.
• Strategic Planning: You’ll define and manage key stock and supply parameters to balance service rates, costs, and inventory targets.
• Replenishment & Coordination: Together with the zone planning partners you will oversee the replenishment process by evaluating potential shortages, communicating priorities to our factories, and ensuring a seamless supply flow.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with various teams, including local CZ/HU/SK HUB colleagues and international European zone partners, using multiple systems to process data and drive decisions.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical thinking and business sense who can thrive in a changing environment. You are a great fit if you have:

• Any experience in a Supply Chain or technical role with focus on analytics and operation .
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate potential risks, interpret data and drive business insights.
• The ability to work with agility and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning and execution capabilities to manage complex processes.
• Good stakeholder management skills & a team spirit to collaborate effectively with both local and international teams.
• Good MS Excell skills. Knowledge or experience with SAP system is a plus.
• Prerequisite for everyday communication in English language both in written & spoken form.
