APAC Finance IT Project Manager

Project Manager:

Project Management (50% of accountabilities)

Participate in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall objectives of the project.

Define and monitor the project plan, budget, activities, methodologies, resources and responsibilities.

Ensure proper governance is in place to best meet project objectives.

Define and organize steering activities to review the overall plan and status of the project.

Track project risks and decide on action plan to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs.

Coordinate the different actors involved in the project, from IT to Business (Group, Zone, Countries).

Supervise the change management activities, including training and communication.

Coordinate the different contents and deliverables to allow easy support and knowledge transfer.

Business Analyst:

Functional Expertise (50% of accountabilities)

Develop and manage the Business Workflows in alignment with Core Guidances.

Engage in harmonization of processes across APAC Zone.

Support the business process owners in the definition of their needs.

Translate business needs into IT recommendations in line with the overall solution coherence.

Analyze the impact of new solutions on Business and IT processes.

Define the functional specifications and validate the development specifications.

Collaborates with other functional analysts to develop effective solutions.

Design tests scenarios and undertake unit tests.

Support key-users during user acceptance testing phase.

Support change management activities by accompanying business process owners.

Create a positive value added relationship with all stakeholders (Group, Zone, Countries, Business, IT).
