Key Job Accountabilities:

The Asia Pacific Regulatory Affairs (Senior) Manager, directly reports to the Asia-Pacific Regulatory Affairs Director. The position is a key member of the APAC regulatory affairs team. The position has the following responsibilities:
• Oversight the Regulatory Intelligence of APAC region. Anticipate the regulation evolutions of each country in this region. Evaluate the potential technical and regulatory changes captured by each country of this region, work with internal experts to define the appropriate defense strategy.
• Support global regulatory intelligence team to evaluate the potential impact of the key regulatory changes occurred in EU or other regions, and work with internal experts on the global alignment of key universal topics.
• Interacting with country spot person and Scientific Directors in this region, and provide technical support to the country during their communication with local authorities and professional associations, and help to build trustworthy relationship with these external stakeholders.
• Cooperate closely with APAC compliance team to provide technical insight to support research and innovations.

Key qualification requirement:

Education and Experience:

  • Scientific background in related areas (chemical, biological or pharmaceutical, etc.)

  • 8+ years’ regulatory experience in regulatory affairs function in cosmetic or chemical industries



  • Extensive knowledge of cosmetic/chemical regulations and technical requirements,

  • Strong collaboration attitude to work in a dynamic environment,

  • Strategic view when developing the regulatory defense strategy

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill when communicating with authorities and professional associations  

  • Excellent written and oral English,

  • French and/or one other foreign language practice would be highly valuable.
