Job Summary

Build, execute and improve the new Operational Model for eCommerce channels for the Consumer Products Division (d2c + b2b).  Influence leadership across the organization to optimize the service level and lead times. Responsible for the stock equation (production plan and inventory), provide quality intelligence for customer demand for catalog managed.  Optimize, planning parameters, service level and inventory while working on cost optimization specific to E-Commerce.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

7-10 years with advanced positions in Supply Chain Management

3-5 years of E-Commerce supprt

Prior experience working in E-Commerce Supply Chain highly preferred.

Strong PC skills, advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data

SAP or equivalent experience; web interface, server/data management experience preferred.

Strong communication and management skills.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

1.       Accountable for product availability and risk communication on catalog for E-Commerce (including peak period operational readiness and crisis management)

2.       Own the CPD relationship with Ecom SC vendor/customer; including leading startup projects and contracts and conducting meetings

3.       Build new cross functional ecommerce processes between vendor, Digital Marketing, IT & Supply Chain for CPD

4.       Drive accountability of SLAs with vendor to ensure financial and service commitments are met     (sales, cost, OTIF).  Own reporting metrics.

5.       Identify & Drive Cost savings and lead time optimization opportunities.

6.       Lead operational solutions for new brand opportunities; timely, agile for Ecom and cost effective.

7.       Working with Category Supply Planning team to ensure Catalogue management for launch sku’s

8.       Planning cycle – consolidation of global demand and ensure quality of forecast pass to plant.  E-Commerce focus on replenishment plan.

9.       Develop expertise & best practices for ecommerce operations

10.   Develop and own Ecom forecast (d2c + b2b) for global S&OP process

11.   Responsible for sharing information with all key stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Marketing, Demand Planning, Inventory Management and Manufacturing to ensure accurate business decisions can be made

12.   Act as the Customer Supply Chain lead for Ecom accounts




  1.  Understanding of E-Commerce business and Supply Chain, Launch process, distribution network
  1. Strong PC skills, advanced Excel skills; ability to analyze and manipulate large amounts of data
  1.  SAP or equivalent experience is preferred
  1.  Create and interpret demand vs. production, forecast evolution, excess inventory calculations
  1.  Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis as well as tactical crisis management.
