Lead a team for all categories within brands (business units) to ensure forecasts are developed taking into account all demand signals, minimizing out of stocks and excess. Align divisional processes across various brands to ensure consistency among departmental policies & practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant business experience in a leadership capacity 
  • Preferably experience in forecasting/ planning experience.
  • Ability to analyze data quickly and have a high level of proficiency with computer systems

Must be able to work in New York offices, with occasional (avg. 2 – 4 times a month) travel to Berkeley Heights, Clark or Cranbury offices

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Provides strategic direction for department and communicates    information to team

2. Participate in consensus meetings with leads of Sales, Marketing, Finance & General Manager to ensure forecasting objectives are achieved within brands

  1. Work collaboratively with peers across functions to execute strategy
  1. Develop best in class forecasting modules, benchmark against peers latest trends
  1. Prepare budget guidelines and ensure department budgets are in line
  1. Manages team performance, ensures appropriate development and succession planning
  1. Participates in cross functional project teams
  1. Articulate the demand for a brand or per account based on different business scenarios (door plan, POG, promo plan, launches….)
