Job Summary:

The Financial analyst provides overall internal control management for the site in compliance with L’Oreal standards.  In addition, this role is a key contributor to maintaining the accuracy of the site’s financial records through their continual involvement in the month end closing process, financial reporting, and system maintenance meanwhile raising the bar and continuously improving the financial integrity and performance of the plant. 


Key Job Accountabilities:


Position Summary:

  • Internal Control Manager for the site ensuring consistent practices and applications across the plant and in line with L’Oreal norms. 
  • Collaborator with other sites and division to ensure best practice implementation and best in class reporting for North Little Rock Operations. 
  • Responsible for inventory reporting and transactions
  • Closing and month end responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, system validations, and results accuracy
  • Financial support and analysis for monthly results,  financial trends, budget & 3 Year Plan
  • Responsible for daily reporting and performance measurement for the site

Educational / Specialized Training Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Certificate in Accounting Preferred (CMA/CPA)

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Finance
  • Preferred experience in Consumers Product Industry
  • Preferred experience in plant/operations setting

Computer Skills Requirements:

  • Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP or similar ERP experience
