Client Services Analyst

SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing office and warehouse support including but not limited to, Network Equipment, WiFi, Servers, Desktops and Automation systems. 

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

  • IT Operations
    • Assists with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
  • Works with Service Desk and Network Operations staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.
  • Manage and provide operational support for the Office, Warehouse and Plant automation systems
  • Provide RF equipment support
  • Provide level 2 desktop support including but not limited to Windows and MS Office.
  • Troubleshoot Laser and Label printing and resolve all issues within agreed upon SLA’s
  • Monitor and Report on Remedy – working tickets in support of CS as Tier 2 as necessary.
  • Relationship and Vendor management
    • Work closely with local business managers on projects and upgrades as necessary.
    • Work closely with the corporate teams in support of projects and troubleshooting.
    • Provide documentation and mentoring as required for all systems supported.
    • Reporting of Monthly Status and Timekeeping.
  • Projects
    • Take technical lead on any project as required by the project manager.
    • Participate in project discussions as required by the team.
    • Provide or update status as required

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong computer, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Must be flexible, organized, detail oriented, and a change agent with the ability to multi-task.
  • Knowledge of SAP a plus.
  • Must be able to wear protective eye wear, footwear, hand protection (gloves) and safety vests
