Job Summary:

This position partners with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to make relevant decisions which promote, elevate, and protect business success. The I&C Analyst is responsible for mitigating risk to the division and our customers by managing pricing conditions, ensuring successful billing and settlement, and controlling customer reimbursements. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Master – Creation and modification of special pricing conditions such as Structural Discounts, BBC, Freight exceptions, and Business Driver Rebates

 

  • Threshold Rebate Creation, Modification and Pay Out

 

  • Collaborating with Customer Service and Credit teams to effectively manage Manual Credit and Debit creation for both US and International Affiliates due to pricing errors, shortage claims, over shipments, and replacement orders. 

 

  • Responsibility for successful credit card processing and billing failure resolution

 

  • Additional tasks, as assigned, including but not limited to Reporting, Returns Investigation, Open Credit Reviews, and Promo management

 

  • Ad hoc projects to improve efficiencies / controls

 

Skill Sets:

  • Strong computer skills (EXCEL), experience in SAP helpful but not required
  • Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks
  • Organizational skills; strong attention to detail

Educational Background/Experience:

·         BA/BS in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent; experience preferred

·         Minimum 3-5 years SAP experience preferred

·         Proficient PC Skills including Outlook, EXCEL, WORD and POWER POINT
