Together with the Lancôme General Manager, develop and set up a global Sales strategy to reach objectives in terms of turnover growth and profitability, on a short, middle and long term perspective, on specific geographical zone.



Key Job Accountabilities

  • Define the brand strategy with the Brand General Manager and provide recommendations and scenarios for growth
  • Implement and drive sales strategies for respective brands to achieve objectives on turnover growth and profitability for short, middle and long term perspective
  • Manage brand development and market share, ensure suitable image and design of the respective brand is delivered to customers
  • Develop strong professional relationships with key accounts and build privileged business partnership (negotiations of margin and space, stores visibility, win market share, launch animation plans and category management projects)
  • Negotiate contracts terms and ensure that counterparties are put in place; ensure the business dynamic of the regional agreement
  • Ensure regular and relevant reportings and ensure a physical presence on the field close to the teams (internal and retailers)
  • Ensure perfect execution in store of the marketing and retail strategy (Merchandising, planogram, quality of service) in the Point of sales
  • Act as a key contact to cooperate efficiently with different departments (marketing, management, logistics, customer service, design and training); take ownership on the latest business updates to each department to support business objectives
  • Update relevant reports on a regular basis



  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a MUST-HAVE
  • Experienced in key account management
  • Entrepreneurship spirit, strong business acumen and luxury sensitivity
  • Understanding of the retail environment, have brand and retail vision
  • Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Good management and leadership skills
