Multi-Brand Be Luxe Retail and Education Manager

Location – Field

The retail landscape is changing more rapidly than ever, with our shopper habits shifting to trend-led and demanding authenticity and experience over brand and product. To establish our place in this market, we have created a multi-brand business unit combining some of our prestigious brands into one luxury portfolio – Be Luxe. We believe the Be Luxe approach will drive the evolution of Retail by establishing best in class and modernising the way we collaborate with our Retail partners.

What are key highlights of this role?

We are looking for an exceptional Retail and Education Manager who can blend strategic business acumen with a service-led coaching style to navigate the future of our retail space. You will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences.

Your mission is to develop your retail teams across multiple sites to deliver outstanding service whilst driving productivity in line with the Be Luxe strategy. You will be a strong coach and be able to adapt your style to work side-by-side in your stores. As well as developing teams, you will be putting in place strong retail plans, to grow your portfolio, as well as gain market share in your stores. In addition you will be able to influence and engage our Retailers and Senior Mancom stakeholders. You thrive on change and seize any opportunity to innovate and you have a proven track record in growing and developing talent.

What are the key responsibilities?

  • Be empowered as a Be Luxe ambassador and advocate of change

  • To continue to shape, roll out and review the multi-brand model across all levels

  • Achieve retail budget while at all times ensuring plans are executed with the vision of long term success

  • Identify and react to retail opportunities and challenges to maximize results

  • Forecasting sales and allocating clear and appropriate store targets in line with the business strategy

  • Monitor and react to productivity levels to ensure effective use of resources and strategic use of FTE to maximise headcount

  • Achieve results through on counter development of service and commercial skill sets

  • Create a Be Luxe communication approach to build excellent retailer relationships and collaborate with retailer to ensure success

  • Leverage your multi-brand understanding to influence your retailers

  • Own the talent development and coaching of your retail teams to exceed targets and provide career progression and upskill and enable Team Managers

  • Support seasonal retailer strategy meetings and maintain regular interim meetings reviewing performance and recommending actions as needed

  • Provide proactive feedback to internal departments to help drive collaboration between brands

  • Oversee and influence across-functions to ensure a joint-up approach through Education, Artistry and Events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales and team management experience, ideally within beauty industry

  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills

  • Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, customer service and proven ability to drive results

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Valid UK driving licence

  • Strong capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Outlook
