Our Active Cosmetics Division is a pioneer in dermocosmetics and has a team which is passionate about health and beauty. In Australia, the division is growing quickly through its brand La Roche-Posay which is made available to consumers through the pharmacy channel. The division also partners with healthcare professionals across the country to add value to consumers through products backed by the power of the Group’s research and innovation.
Our La Roche-Posay team have an opportunity for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join us. You'll put your sales skills to work in a fast-paced, collaborative atmosphere as you develop and build relationships with new and existing pharmacies throughout the North of Melbourne with a regional trip required throughout the year.
About the role
Assisting our partners’ business growth by adding value through strong relationships and professional technical support
Consulting closely with medical professionals such as Pharmacists & Dermatologists
Effectively driving education and sales with established client-base
Developing the profile of our brands and products
Proactively sourcing and securing new business opportunities
Achieving monthly sales and growth targets
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a relationship oriented sales representative ideally within the dermatology/dermocosmetic category.
You will be self-motivated and possess excellent relationship building skills. Ideally you will have held a similar role within the cosmetic or skincare industry although a general sales background and the right attitude will also be considered.
