What are key highlights of this role?

 

This amazing opportunity sits within Urban Decay, the latest brand to compliment the Luxe Division’s portfolio.  Urban Decay, beauty with an edge as they continue driving their incredible retail results as they embrace 2017’s store roll–out plans including Boutiques across the UK&I. 

 

The Urban Decay Retail team requires a passionate and results driven Area Sales Manager to drive the success and growth of their stores through training, coaching and service within the East of England area.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the brand in terms of retail; maximising the sales objectives, managing, motivating and developing beauty advisors and counter managers across stores in region.

 

 

Key Accountabilities?

 

  • Implementation of Business Plans, overview of new product launches.
  • Monitor and ensure achievement of retail targets set in the key account sectors.
  • Follow through on all promotional activity to ensure sales are maximised, stocks are at appropriate levels and high standards maintained.
  • Liaise with in-store retail management and provide pro-active feedback to internal departments, investigate and drive discussions on issues involving the accounts.
  • Train BAs on new product launches and coach on make-up skills
  • Provide and organise on counter coaching and assessments to drive development of retail sales employees.
  • Ensure high quality recruitment and selection of high calibre candidates and team members.
  • Work with HR to conduct all formal processes within your region.

  • Proven customer service and retail sales experience; within beauty ideally make-up.
