Key Job Accountabilities

- Takes responsibility for the administrative and organizational follow-up of the Chief Marketing Officer and the team's activities.

- Takes care of all administrative and technical assistance: calendar management, reception of calls, organization of business travel, processing mail, preparing responses, raising PO, orders for office equipment, etc.

- Plans the organization and coordination of events, meetings and conferences (video conferences, overseas calls, etc.).

- Draws up and maintains files / project materials in a systematic manner.

- Communicates with external service providers.

- Strong ownership with good time management.  

- Great proficiency of English

- Good organizational skills

- Proactive and Problem solving

- Knowledge in MS Office: PowerPoint preparation, Excel

- Digital knowledge would be great asset
