Section 1: (General Information)

 

Job Title:  Asst Manager Influencers, Talent Relations

Supervisor Title: AVP, IMC

Location:   NY

Oversee the strategy, results for a roster of talented brand ambassadors as well as ongoing consumer influencer relationships in partnership with the Director of PR & Influencers. The ideal candidate is a brand storyteller, culture maven, community builder and also laser focused on key KPI’s and results.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Section 3:  Job Requirements: (Typical years of experience, skills, certification and academic background to perform this job)

 

1- 3 years’ experience in talent management / social community management position

A problem solver who is incredibly creative

An understanding of the professional hair industry

An empathetic community builder and advocate for the talent they manage

Microsoft Office proficient

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Understanding of content / editing is a plus

Knowledge of influencer monitoring & tracking services (TRAACKR, RIVAL IQ) is a plus

This candidate will have close to moderate supervision. In this role the candidate will work closely with their management team to develop strategy. They will also be expected to execute strategy with moderate supervision and have the ability to manage upwardly accordingly during campaign/initiative rollouts.

  1. Manage roster of ambassadors

  1. Ideate on Consumer Influencer Programs and execute

  1. Work with cross functional teams to come up with new programs and deliver reporting / results

  1. Open PO’s and place Shop Orders as needed
