Main accountabilities:

  1. Implement the QEHS (Quality/Environment/Health/Safety & Security) Policy throughout distribution, apply to local regulation and legislation.
  2. Managing Operation Activities (DC/Local Transporter/Freight forwarder/ Sub-Contractor) in compliance with Service Level Agreement and KPI (Lead-time, quality and others
  3. Maintain relationship with 3PL, organize regular business review, build long-term sustainable, ambitious, demanding but fair partnership
  4. Manage, monitor and report Physical Distribution Costs, Optimize Cost-to-Serve (costs, deadline and quality).
  5. Propose and drive Continuous Improvement Plan, including evaluate and optimize the Cost /Layout / Process / Productivity / Technology / Team Structure.
  6. Conduct negotiations / Call for Tender with Purchasing and Supply-Chain Director
  7. Manage internal stakeholders (Supply Chain and Planning, Customer service, Purchasing, Finance, Commercial)


·         Bachelor’s degree, Logistics or Supply Chain is preferable

·         3 – 5 years stakeholders management experience

·         3PL management or 3PL working experience is a plus

·         Fluent English and Cantonese is a MUST;
