Conduct all purchasing within the portfolio, in line with the Group’s purchasing strategies and policies.
Lead and manage a category project
Maximizes Supplier Relationship by defining and implementing supplier portfolio, monitoring the performance and analyze P&Ls.
Drive and manage compliance & process improvement projects
Lead changes, influence and conduct company wide communications
Supports and manages internal & external stakeholders’ relationships
Degree / Diploma with min. 5 years of sourcing experience
Preferably experience in FMCG, managing POS/Promo/Marketing categories
Strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills
Familiar with ATL/BTL marketing category, esp. in creative agency, PR spending, media post production, 2D/3D design creation and CMI research
Good knowledge of the quotation process and cost/profit structure of marketing service.
Good business analysis skills and how to interface with clients and account management.
