Job Summary: Responsible for the weekly, monthly and yearly reporting on retail sales of multiple Luxe brands. Provide standardized and custom analyses of sales data that enable the field force to diagnose and maximize sales volume with national accounts and at individual points of sale. Collaborates with Brand Partners on analytics tools and reporting to ensure user acceptance and use.

1. Report on Weekly Retail Sales: Collect, compile, and report weekly retail sales by retailer, including competitive data, for weekly FVP call and for report recap to distribution; generate various ad-hoc POS-based analyses as needed

2. Key Program Promotional Reporting: Compile Promotional Set Reporting across seasons and during key hallmark moments such as Holiday. Ensure that set reporting tools can be utilized for diagnostics and quick decision making regarding potential markdowns. | 15% |
3 Lead the Partnership with IT on Systems: serve as LUXE point person for 3rd party vendor and for troubleshooting issues with any of the LUXE data, collaborate with the IT group to ensure continued data/systems support and troubleshoot issues; provide training on systems | 10% |
4. Supervise the management of support programs & tools for Field Force: Sales and Training Executive/Sales and Training Coordinator T&E, Sales and Training Coordinator Bonus Program, gratis, contests and presentations; ensure door count and alignment ensure for easy reporting | 15% |
5.Handle ad hoc requests: Work with Sales Promotions on various market media analyses, handle ad-hoc requests from senior management, field, marketing, sales admin, etc., serve as Project Lead for the LPD RRS Consumption Transformation project | 20% |
