Description
The Assistant Manager of eLearning will be an integral part of the US SkinCeuticals Education and Training team, supporting the Online Professional Academy (LMS). This includes supporting the creation of training strategies and content in various topics from product knowledge, business strategy, and hands-on professional training, as well as managing the delivery of these materials to our internal and B2B audience. This person will provide support for managing the progress and success of the e-learning program with the tracking of key KPIs.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree required (preferred in a related field such as education, instructional design, or technology)
-Experience in the beauty industry or medical aesthetic industry preferred
-2+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems
-Experience in eLearning course development and management
-Strong project management skills, experience in using Jira / Confluence for project management preferred
-Experience in Articulate, Gomo, and Camtasia
-Excellent proofreading skills
