About the role
In this position you will grow the Vichy & La Roche Posay brands throughout Croatia market. You will embody our brands by developing strategy for further business development and growth, long-term and trusting relationships with Key customers and lead your sales team to secure maximum sell in and sell out of our products. In addition your key responsibilities will be:
· Under authority of Division Commercial Director, develop and lead Division Brands and Commercial strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets. Act to secure the image and policy of brand(s) in region.
· Set field team individual qualitative and quantitative objectives, build and leverage field team bonus scheme
· Develop strong and trusting relationships with key customers in the region, including the regional management of key customers.
· Prepare and lead the key customer’s negotiations, build the action plan by key customer and ensure its execution and tracking down to the store level and sell out. Suggest plan adaptation when needed.
You are seasoned and experienced Key Account Manager with ability to lead, motivate and inspire the best within people. You are ready to roll up your sleeves and lead by example.
With a passion for sales, you will grow the business with our clients. You are self-motivated and have the ability to communicate and negotiate at a high level.
Ideally you had a few years of experience similar role within the pharmacy channel although a general sales background and the right attitude will also be considered. You are native Croatian speaker with fluency in English. You are also able to use Excel and Power Point on advanced level.
