As a Territory Representative, you will strive to increase L'Oreal sales in stores through; best in class brand representation, business analysis and recommendations, customer specific events, merchandising of product and suggested orders. As the eyes and ears at store level, you are a key player in developing market growth.
Motivate and manage customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand/product portfolio. Ensure compliance of L’Oreal Brand representation in store, and identify potential for POS & display growth in store.
A Sales Driven individual who excels in an Entrepreneurial business environment. An effective communicator who can build relationships and negotiate for best representation in store. Someone who is creative and passionate in their work, who can accommodates quick paced and changing environments. Someone who can educate others on beauty/market trends.
