A Day in the life 

 

In charge of building clients’ training offer (technical/PK, business, digital), boosting sales through education and driving to Access. Provides best in class customer experience O+O. 

 

Foster and drive efficiently the sell-out through ensuring the best technical mastery of brand products in Salons, implementing online local and international programs.

 

You will be also in charge of Brand education targets in their area aligned with commercial objectives.

 

Customer Support 

 

  • Visits and trains customers in his region to develop their technical (PK/business/social skills), working closely with the Business Partners
  • Co-create, monitor, and support personalized education offers annually.
  • Follows high potential clients in his region individually (maintain conquest list)
  • Leads training sessions in salons, academies and online… in line with Education strategy.
  • Is the relay and contact of clients concerning Access, to increase drive and subscriptions to Access
  • Boosting sales through education + live streams + e-eventing

 

New client partnership: Conquest

 

  • Visits and trains new potential client partners, in coordination with the Business Partners

 

Event Support

 

  • Actively participates in brand educational events (regionally/nationally)

 

Brand Identity

 

  • Is the guardian of the brand’s awareness within their area
  • Improves in-salon and adapts to brand standards
  • Communicates brand’s values and product information in seminars, trainings (classroom, digital,webinars…) to customer and colleagues


Reporting

 

  • Weekly tracking (100%) of attendees, education focus, business opportunities/sales.

Business Duo coordination


  • Trains Business Partners on brand (products and services)

Schools/Chains/Retailers

 

  • Provides trainings for hairdressing schools/salon chains/retailers in given region.

 

Who you are

 

  • Expertise on the brand: masters brand identity and knows value proposition.
  • Masters all technical hair topics
  • Deep knowledge of the brand’s products and services and knows how to present and transmit them to customers.
  • Knows customer profiles and
  • transmits customer centricity.
  • Collaboration and team work skills, to develop the best tailor-made education and business development plan for the customer
  • Commercial understanding
  • O+O stylist journey
  • Content creation & delivery
  • Value tracking: data ROI + ROE
  • Microsoft Office: Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook
