This opportunity is located in the Greater Montreal Area.
- Ability to manage accounts on our L’Oréal’s newest brand Youth to the People in the specified territorial boundary
- Ensure quality service with existing clients, formulating strong action plans together to achieve sales objectives.
- You will negotiate support of the brands in each account to maximize brand potential, visibility, and market share.
- Responsible for the launch of innovations, promotional offers, and event activities
- Supports the complete integration, implementation and execution of brand strategies and priorities in line with the brand image, concept, and philosophy within the prescribed territory.
- Great communicator
- Passion for connecting with people
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Relevant experience in sales/representation/merchandising in the retail/commercial industry.
- An interest in and understanding of skin physiology and active ingredients is preferred
- Keen business sense with a flair for numbers and analysis
- Results-driven with proven experience in obtaining sales objectives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- You are ambitious, show leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and are client focused on your sales approach.
- You excel at sharing your product knowledge one on one and in small groups.
- You work well in a team as well as independently.
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable travelling and being on the road
- Fluent in both spoken & written English and French
- This position requires a valid driver’s license
