The corporate social media manager’s main goal is to protect and develop L’Oréal’s reputation on Social Media. She/he is in charge of the implementation of the global corporate social media strategy on global channel and via our internal stakeholders’ assets.
MISSIONS
Implementation of our global corporate social media strategy
•Identifying our targets and communities on social media
•Participating to the content creation (editorial calendar, briefs for creative assets, shooting co-organization, livestream of events…)
•Animating corporate influencers on a regular basis
Project management
•Content project management with our internal experts & stakeholders
•Coordination of our international contacts
•Management of our providers
Measure of our actions
•Following our brand’s online reputation (i.e monthly report)
•Optimization of our content performances regarding our KPIs
SKILLS
-Knows everything about social media, especially Twitter
-Is himself/herself very active on social media
-Has a strong digital culture to make our social media strategy stronger by creating experiences through our ecosystem (website, …)
-Analysis & creatives capacities
-Corporate culture (CSR, finance, business, sustainability, talents acquisition…)
-Able to manage social media tools, mainly Sprinklr
-Isn’t afraid of tight deadlines
-Proactive
-Speaks English
-Sensitive to big organizations
