Responsibilities and main missions:

 

  • Be a technical referent and contribute to build a long term vision and strategy
  • Manage our architecture transformation plan to turn our CRM platform into a a fully omnichannel real time platform
  • Optimize CRM Platform landscape in terms of applications portfolio, integration, technologies with reusability and simplification.
  • Ensure proper collaboration between the CRM platform and all other external / internal IT systems
  • Define and broadcast standards, common rules and best practices in order to bring more agility to projects and teams.
  • Design system by keeping in mind business alignment, quality of service, performance, stability and costs.
  • Relationship with vendors to identify best practices, new opportunities

 

Experience:

We are looking for a CRM Architect with at least 10 years of experience, international experience preferred.

Qualifications:
