CRM Manager include:
• Plan and deliver CRM strategies to encourage customer recruitment, retention and customer loyalty.
• Create local CRM programs to engage consumer in line with local specifics.
• Possess a broad vision of CRM potentialities to foster and enrich CRM program.
• Decide on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
• Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with PM, digital, Training and Sales to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
• Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
• Leverage the database for effective segmentation for targeted marketing activities.
• Well manage the membership program to explore the future potential on Social CRM
