-Enriching the CRM program by developing, planning and implementation of brand CRM campaigns to deliver high levels of engagement, help understand brand's needs, drive value creation, improve CRM performance and maximize consumer lifetime value with brand.
-CRM Action Plan & Management
-On-going execution and monitor of CRM programs and results.
-Support Corp CRM manager to coordinate with project team to develop CRM related tools.
-Ensure the operational implementation and execution of CRM campaigns with brands.
-Release monthly CRM KPIs and analysis by brand/division on demand.
-Consumer journey management program
-Develop short / mid-term strategy and action plan to build seamless and consistent client experience throughout all touch points.
-Work with internal team and media, social, EC team to develop/support full consumer jounrney management program.
-Bachelor degree or above
-2 ~ 3 years working experience in cosmetics industry, specialized in CRM / digital marketing. Database related technical expertise and experience is preferred
-Applied analytics sensibility with proven ability to make profitable decisions based on data
-Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills
-Adaptable to change and uncertainty with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, start-up, and multicultural environment
-Hands on experience and proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools
-Statistical and familiar with data-mining models and tools
-Highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention to detail
