What are key highlights of this role?

 

This role is a commercial coordinator role predominantly supporting the Retail Sales Director and the Regional Business Managers. The person in this role will be doing a wide range of tasks including:

  • Collating retail sales on a weekly basis for the Decleor Trade Report
  • Producing Product retailer allocation sheets for new product launches
  • Supporting the Retail Sales Director in meeting targets
  • Managing order processes by communicating with Bury to ensure orders are processed accurately
  • Allocating and organizing PLV for new product launches
  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the retail process including RBMs, Demand Planners, Makarketing and retail staff
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure launches and openings run smoothly
  • Completing administration tasks to support and facilitate the order process
  • Creating a month end report with detailed sales data by retailer for basic stock, new product launches, product focus, slobs, Christmas and promotional kits
  • Implementing the RGA process with all retailers and coach RBMS
  • Overseeing external supplier orders on a monthly basis
  • Producing Monitor forms and arrange delivery to all stores and RBM’s
  • Overseeing the purchase order process
  • Collating data for Promotional Analysis Reports and presenting results in sales meetings
  • Producing powerpoint presentations/handouts for Retail Conference and Seminars
  • Booking and organizing meetings including the Retailer Strategy Meeting, Sell in Meeting, Retail Sales meeting and Business Reviews

The person in this role must have exceptional organisational skills, high attention to detail and be able to build and maintain relationships quickly and effectively.
